The Happy Fits tapped me to create the cover art for their latest album, Lovesick, after seeing one of my digital collages hanging in a restaurant. What started as a piece of personal art became an official album cover and merch.

The album artwork for Lovesick began as a personal collage piece…before being spotted by The Happy Fits in a local restaurant. Drawn to its romantic, melancholic tone, the band asked to repurpose the piece for their upcoming record.
The final design layers symbolic imagery with soft textures and vintage aesthetics, evoking the bittersweet chaos of heartbreak. A green apple was added as a subtle nod to the band’s recurring fruit motif.
This work was created entirely through digital collage, the artwork marries nostalgic cues with a modern, dreamlike finish. The cover went on to become a key visual element for the album’s launch—appearing on tour merchandise and social posts..
